Message Queue

The Message Queue is where incoming audience messages appear.

You can review, tag, edit, bookmark, search, filter, check sender history, preview media, and select items to move to air.

The On Air Queue contains the curated messages prepared for presenters.

Producers can organise the running order, update items, remove messages, and keep the presenter focused on approved content.
