If you have the appropriate permissions, you can reply directly to contributors from within the console.
Replies may take two forms.
Free-Text Replies
If your permissions allow it, you may also be able to send a free-text reply written directly by you.
This is useful when a specific, tailored response is required.
Not all users will have reply permissions, so the options available may differ between teams and roles.
Template Replies
Template replies are pre-written messages that may be defined at:
- team level
- brand level
- BBC-wide level
These are useful for consistent responses, especially in cases where approved wording is needed.
