When you first run XScreen, you will be presented with this page:
You can expand the advanced LWCP settings to see this:
This is the LWCP login to the VX, HX6 etc. This is not where you enter the account details that you created on the XScreen Portal.
The user is always “user”. The password is usually blank – unless you have specifically set an LWCP password on the Telos device (which is different to the webpage login for the Telos device).
Just enter the IP address of the VX, and press “connect”.
Once connected, XScreen will prompt you for a studio. A few seconds later it will prompt you to login to the cloud (or you can click on the cloud symbol top-right):
This is where you will enter your new user/password details from the Web Portal. Remember to select the US or EU system, whichever is relevant to you.
The icon top-right should then change to show that you are connected, along with the licence type that you have (Trial, Lite or Full):
