Troubleshooting

The majority of issues with application usage or functionality will be down to the applications themselves. This would need to be addressed by the application vendor’s own support team. 

If any issues with VRA are encountered, please contact support so we can help resolve the issue quickly and safely.

If issues with the UI or functionality of VRA are experienced, refreshing the page could resolve, if this is not effective then restarting Virtual Rack should. In this case please still contact support so we can investigate and help to prevent the issue in the future.
