As well as enhancing accessibility keyboard shortcuts can make it faster to work through a large volume of messages during a live programme.
Moving around the console :
Shift+Ctrl + 1 Select top Message Queue Item and move focus to Message Queue
Shift+Ctrl + 2 Select top On Air Queue Item and move focus to On Air Queue
Shift+Ctrl + 3 Select Chat Input and move focus to Chat
Shift+Ctrl + 4 Select “Hamburger Menu” and title bar selections
Selected Messages :
Numbers 1 [to 9] Apply or remove tag 1-9 to Selected Message
B Apply or remove bookmark to Selected Message
E Edit Message
S Pop Up Sender Options
V View Image, Voice Note or Video
R Reply
C Copy Message to Clipboard
M Mute/Block Message Options
F Forward Message Options
T Tag Options
Up / Down for moving through items in lists and Queues.
Ctrl + Up / Ctrl + Down for moving selected item in On Air Queue higher or lower in order.
Ctrl + Home / Ctrl + End for moving selected item in On Air Queue to the Top or Bottom of the Queue.
General Shortcuts:
Enter for activating the selected item or default action
Escape for backing out of a window or selection
Left / Right for moving between actions where action buttons are shown
TAB for moving focus between input boxes and buttons
Space to toggle a Tag selection on or off
Ctrl + Plus Zoom In
Ctrl + Minus Zoom Out
Ctrl + 0 Reset Zoom
The shortcuts available depend on which area of the console you are working in.
On Mac keyboards, the Command (⌘) key may replace Ctrl in some shortcuts depending on browser and operating system behaviour.
